Real feedback from clients who started with a 15-minute call.
"Booked a 15-minute call expecting a sales pitch. Got actual advice instead. Signed up the same week — they've handled my limited company ever since."
"Sold a buy-to-let and panicked about the 60-day rule. Booked a call that morning, they had me sorted by the end of the week. Calm, clear, no jargon."
"Switched from a high-street firm that was charging twice as much. The booking process was easy, the follow-up was professional, and the work is excellent."
Everything you need to know before you book.
Yes. The 15-minute and 30-minute calls are completely free with no obligation. The 60-minute deep-dive (£60) is for clients who want detailed strategy work in a single session and is fully credited against your first month if you go on to engage us.
Just a clear idea of what you want to discuss. After you book, we'll email you 1–2 specific questions so we can prepare on our side. If you have documents (a tax notice, last year's return, a calculation), feel free to attach them when booking.
Absolutely. Just include their name in the booking notes and let us know your relationship to them so we can address the right person on the call.
You'll get a confirmation email with a reschedule link. Click it any time up to 2 hours before the meeting to pick a new slot. No penalty.
Only if you ask us to. By default, calls are not recorded. We send a written summary of what was discussed within 24 hours, which most clients find more useful than a recording.
That's exactly what the 15-minute call is for — to scope the work. If we can't answer in the time available, we'll suggest the right next step (a longer paid session, or a fixed-fee engagement). You won't be charged for the initial call regardless.
Yes — we work with clients across the UK. Most of our work is done remotely via Zoom, Teams, or phone. We meet face-to-face by appointment at our Luton office for clients who prefer it.
Within 24 hours you'll receive a written summary of what we discussed and, if you've asked for it, a clear fixed-fee quote for any work you'd like us to do. There's no chasing or follow-up sales calls — the next move is yours.
Reach out however suits you best. We respond within 1 working hour, Monday to Saturday.
